There's something kind of sinister with how Ishgard is built. Like Yharnam is way worse, but that's on purpose.
Ishgard isn't supposed to be this horrible stacked on itself 1000x over mega structure but... it is.
It's like a hiveworld from Warhammer 40k but with elves and snow.
