Today’s #snow reminded me of this #linocut print, Winter #Keld. It’s inspired by a photo I took in #Swaledale. My first intention was to evoke a summer's day, but whilst printing it, I loved it without the green block, and hence this snowy version.

Hand-printing takes time. Each colour layer in each print is #handprinted individually, with 3 days or more drying time between each colour. Here I’m printing the 5th colour layer for #Swaledale II.
