It really is!

Also my mum said she thought my dad is an O blood type and I was like 👀👀👀

I've always been convinced my real dad is a millionaire! 😂

I just looked it up and the NHS Blood website has a better explanation

AB positive blood type
AB positive blood is one of the rarest blood types in the country. Just 2% of donors have it so we manage donations differently to other types.

Yeah, my blood type is one of the most rare plus I'm a universal recipient so I guess just not much call for it 🤷‍♀️

I was once told they use my blood type as plasma for babies though so not if that changed. They have been after me to consider donating plasma so will look into it.

If you're a new donor, it's quick and easy to sign up here: www.blood.co.uk

You can also use that link to look for a donor session near you, if you're already registered and just haven't been for a while.

I used to donate but they told me I wasn't needed anymore as my blood type is a universal recipient! It really is such a good deed. I'm sorry you can't donate anymore but thanks for encouraging others to!

So a plea to my followers: if you can (and I know there are many who can't, for many reasons, no need to apologise/explain), would you consider donating blood? Especially if you've never done it before. I will feel less upset about being removed from the donor pool if I can recruit some new donors!

In other words, you need a large NECESSARY bureaucracy. Healthcare is big and weird and complicated to deliver and you need people to support the people delivering the care. And if you "cut bureaucracy" and reinvest that money in the frontline then the frontline are *less supported*.

I did! Slightly damp but did end up having a row to myself so all is well.

Sounds like an excellent insult though. "Ugh, you're SUCH a freestanding trifle!"

I love this and the only way I want to see party political broadcasts from now on is via (scheduled) apparition.
