Can we cool it with the "Republicans were the party of life and now they're the party of death" etc? Enough with this nonsense.

The GOP has been the party of death for almost a century.

Someone should tell Westchester & Long Island:
New York City went 12 days without a murder in November / December. That's tied for the longest stretch in history, according to the NYPD. As someone who was here when there were 6+ murders per day in this town, it continues to amaze me how safe the place is.

Forty years ago, 90% of media outlets were spread across 50 companies.

Now, just 5 companies control 90% of the media market.

This consolidation hurts consumers and helps oligarchs. 🧵

ep 6 of Pluribus my favorite since the pilot, loved this cover over the end credits
Hell of a time for a band like Kit Sebastian to have their cover of The Doors featured in the credits of last night’s episode of Pluribus.

They have a new album released today for anyone craving more of their sound.

Tammie led with kindness but she was also smart and cool and funny. Everywhere she worked she made the team better, classier. At Tribeca I saw her navigate crisis after crisis with superhuman calm. But she also made the good times way more fun. What a loss.

Our first Transmission imprint release - NIGHT OF THE JUGGLER - is now shipping from our site. Orders will be dispatched over the next few days, with some combined alongside December pre-orders that will also ship imminently.
