Finally tracked THE MAN FROM PLANET X (1951), a rather obscure British #scifi #film about an alien visitor who may be planning an invasion. Dated, and made on a low budget, but creepy in places, and interesting for its ideas and its place in the history of science fiction. C+.

My Honda Civic was more than 15 years old, and still running well, but starting to show its age, so I finally broke down and purchased a new vehicle this weekend, a 2024 Forester. So far, I love it!

Just watched the original QUATERMASS AND THE PIT, the 6-part BBC serial from 1958. It is available on Fawesome.
Excellent old school black-and-white science fiction, on par with other classics like THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL. Definitely worth watching.
