JC’s update: The Preliminary Injunction is so ORDERED thru 6/30/26-BUT Congress/Senate will still have to vote to include JC’s in the ‘big beautiful bill’- Because Trump/DOGE left it out. So please keep contacting Congress/Senate. It has to be in the Budget to remain in operation.

Update: Next Court hearing is on June 25. Judge will have deliberated & rule whether they will issue a temporary injunction/extend duration to remain open. That would allow Congress to debate & (hopefully) pass Legislation to save JC's. Congress needs pressure put on them. Please share/support.

Even with all the craziness the fate of 101 JC’s remain pending. A Court hearing is on June 17th. I believe that will decide whether the TRO remains in effect (to keep Trump’s DOL to not close them). Hopefully Congress & the Senate will still need to vote. Please share & support keeping open.
