Oddly I mentioned this last week to my daughter. She finds the commercials off-putting so we always discuss the curved edges.

Agreed. Sometimes partial claims don't work and I think this is one, at least at that spot.

I have a feeling this was an attempt to not claim the specific number of cookies. I'm not sure it works.

That would all be dependent on the firm, but at least $2,000 in filing fees.
