Okay, now I *know* #scryfallrandom is messing with me. Invasion of Lorwyn/Winnowing Forces is today's #elfontheshelf and it's another okay draft card. It didn't even make the cut in my Lathril >$1 jank Commander deck. Also these elves should look like alien deer people and not D&D tieflings. 3/10.

I haven't gotten far enough in BG3 to meet Minthara. Is the card's abilities or art close to her depiction in the game? As far as the card goes... it's a decent-ish draft Commander/signpost uncommon. I want to do more Commander drafts... Anyway, I give her a 5/10. #scryfallrandom #elfontheshelf

Miara is our #scryfallrandom #elfontheshelf today. She's pretty good card draw for elf typal, and a solid draft pick. Even in 2020, WotC recognized fans' nostalgia for Lorwyn. The art and flavor text seems to suggest she's handing her spear over to the viewer, but there's trees in the way. 🤷♀️ 7/10.

Today's #scryfallrandom #elfontheshelf is Leaf Gilder, a decent mana dork for limited play, and a fourth-stringer for Elf Typal. Also this was one of the last cards illustrated by the late Quinton Hoover, whose struggle with art I always related to. 5/10.

Inspired Tinkering is one of the most splashable card advantage and ramp/fixing cards in my collection. I play it in every R+ deck and I'm never disappointed to cast it (unless I hit an X spell 🙃).
