Thanks. 95% of my photos are from my phone. There are a few zoomed photos (especially animal close-ups) that I used an old Canon SX60 Powershot. It's a mostly automatic camera with 60x optical zoom. My phone takes great pics and has 10x optical zoom. It's a Galaxy S22 Ultra.

I'm more familiar with Oak Creek and the Verde River but a quick Google tells me you are correct, the White River is a tributary of the Verde.

The high desert gets very cold at night - especially clear nights. Stars are crazy. Afternoon can warm up if it's sunny.
