Media and many people write and speak the word Kyiv not Kiev. A number of supermarkets also sell Chicken Kyiv too. English speakers tend use the anglicised tone they are familiar using, but many try to pronounce it in Ukrainian 🇬🇧 🤝 🇺🇦

UKRAINE (Kyiv, Odessa, Pripyat) a day trip to Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station + the deserted town of Прип'ять was an experience. Delighted I had the opportunity to discover Ukraine and I hope peace will return urgently 🇺🇦 🕊️

SWITZERLAND (Kreuzlingen) fast, efficient trains from Zurich take you to Kreuzlingen a Swiss border town with Konstanz on Lake Constance where you can walk into Germany to get a cheaper drink and then walk back again! 🏔️
