Sunday reflections: Do we choose to suffer? The older I get, the more I realize we create our own suffering. Stuff happens to us all the time. And how we chose to react to it makes all the difference. We can dwell in it….Or we can embrace it as a challenge…. Or we can learn…. What’s your choice?
