I’m referring to Hassan’s apparent hard on for the Chinese State. I watch him, he keeps saying he can’t wait for them to take over the USA. Last I checked China is a single party state, an oligarchy. Hasan is right about a lot of things but his authoritarian bents always give me concern.

I’m all for socialism, I’m just tired the trend of trading one oligarchy pretending not to be one for another oligarchy who also is going to pretend not to be one.

It’s not that hard to just read from the script handed to you of talking points.

“Stop being yourself and be more like me.” It’s the war cry of those that think conformity is the path to happiness.

It goes to show you that protests actually do more than you think. Especially when they get as big as the No Kings protests did.

This is as stupid as Ben Shapiro’s comments about just seeking flooded beachfront property, just stupid for the opposite reason. What do you think landlords are going to do with the properties they can’t rent anymore?

BTW, it used to be that when there was an emerging technology that governments were competing towards, they would produce it themselves and not let private entities do it. Now it seems that greed is what is driving everything and it’s created a situation where failure is inevitable.
