This isn't exactly what you study, but if you think of myelin in a macro sense, as a recurring physical injury (produced in a burst after head impact) that flattens emotion and increases stress, then dealing with it to restore strength of flow of cerebrospinal fluid would eliminate ptsd & dementia.

that makes perfect sense because any brain impact reduces capacity of emotion and waste clearance during sleep, so you become more uncaring and more stressed. good news for him is his injury can be effectively treated. He would have more empathy and love in his thoughts and words and speech after.

how a person comes to have little love and empathy is straight physiology. reduced capability of emotion means reduced flow of cerebrospinal fluid, i.e. reduced capacity of brain function. also means you can't clear stress hormone (during sleep), so you have more stress in your every thought.

if people are detained, it is a detention facility. how do they not have a food vendor?? and people need privacy when going to the bathroom, even a curtain wall.

the word state in the last sentence should be capitalized given the use of Washington State as a noun. also, it's better to write "Washington State thanks Justice Yu for her service" rather than the way it's written which thanks the reader. (also, can I ask you to push the last step to solve PTSD?

for sure... also, if you want quality of life, explain to parents why not to let kids "play" contact sports. What you tell them is to be hit in the head is against human instinct, and that every impact causes a loss in capacity of brain function that you need medical care to restore. good luck.
