3. War Fix. The graphic novel follows a war-addicted reporter embedded in the Iraq War. While interesting and well drawn, it mostly depicts horrors of war in the abstract. The terror of being subjected to violence, but lacking commentary on the actual American occupation itself. It's a solid read.
