Doesn't mean they can't change things...also Biden was a duly elected POTUS who DID follow the rules, Trump should have been disqualified from running as per A14, he us a FRAUD who won by stealing this election

Ok, but almost everything Trump has done has been UNCONSTITUTIONAL and should never have been allowed to begin with...we have to acknowledge that he's not been a President but a Dictator, and a Criminal...and if the Constitution was being upheld he would have been disqualified as POTUS as per A14
