The webinar I recorded on why I did two clinical trials for Ocular Melanoma about a month ago has been published. OMSky is a thing that’s happening.

This is why, I just keep running as much as I can.
This finding is in mice but it provides an extraordinary insight into the health benefits of exercise in cancer.

When obese mice exercise, glucose redirects away from tumors and to muscle, reducing tumor size by 60% via metabolic competition between healthy and cancerous tissues. ow.ly/2C6Q50XFPgu

Higher exercise capacity and regular exercise training improve cancer prognosis at all stages of disease. However, the metabolic adaptations to aer...

The take about the bubble popping is very similar to the one Paul Kedrosky had on Odd Lots last month.
I thoroughly recommend reading all of Cory Doctorow's recent speech on AI skepticism, it's crammed with new arguments and interesting new ways of thinking about these problems pluralistic.net/2025/12/05/p...

What did Pop-Tarts ever do to the Pope?
They turned down the Pop Tarts Bowl vs BYU.

Georgia has the 2 seed locked up…

Alabama has to be out.

Unless they’re blown out, I don’t think the loser of the B1G drops below Texas Tech

The MLSPA is in a weird spot

On the one hand, they want Messi and his gagglefuck of assholes because they should help every owner increase payroll

On the other hand, other NA unions have been known to go after their own members for taking too large of a hometown discount.

i know this is sour grapes, but the coach not getting an immediate card will allow MLS fans to continue to gripe about one set of rules for Messi and one set for every other team.

Observation:

All of the MLS coaching hires are taking a long time. Vermes has been gone since mid season and they still have no one

And then there’s college football where people just hire within 48 hours

Which tracks because college football has no real rules around it
