I haven't done any preservation with anything yet. Uses, consumption and gifts. I started an orchard about 10 years ago. Every year I add a handful of new trees. The older fruit trees are really just getting going and new ones look good. Easily 100+ varieties of trees and berries.

I got one paw paw ffron 4 trees this year. Next year should be on. Hundreds of persimmon on 2 trees.

From seed, in peat jiffy pot pods, with a germination mat. Easy to plant and pops up in 2 or 3 days.

They need warm feet. A germination pad does wonders.
