This little guy nabbed one of the best seats in the village, away from the bustle, close enough to keep his eye on everything. Makes a change from his usual practice of trying to trip me up when I go walking by his house.

The first I have seen under sail. I think you can just catch sight of the windmill in the background to the left (for those who want the quintessential Dutch view 😁).

Prof Mark Pollack, #TempleUniversity, interviewing Ms Ruth Bajada, EU Deputy Ambassador to the US at @ces-europe.bsky.social annual conference. Tough times to be an ambo to the US, I'd say! Mark's nicely outlining some of the challenges the EU is facing currently, some exacerbated by Trump.

We just bought and listened to this 2024 album, #More from #Pulp that I'd missed until now. It's beautiful. My 2025 summer sound. The last 2 tracks have a yearning, almost operatic quality to them. (The pressing on limited edition "Theresa" (green) vinyl is a nice bonus too.)
