1. Can't say off the top of my head
2. It doesn't conform to either TDOT or City design guidelines, but as Zac said those are very easily overridden
3. Unfortunately, it's still an improvement over the Google Streetview shot of that corner

Why do we bash “unaffordable” cities for not building housing but we never question if someone is homeless because they have bad vibes? Or if they’re just not cool enough to deserve a home?
