Sending love out to all my trans siblings on here. This has got to make your heads explode with rage but we need you here.
Predictable but still amazing to watch people who spent literally years accusing every librarian, teacher, and trans person they could find of sexually grooming children suddenly throw themselves in with "actually it's ephebophilia"
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

i’ve said this before and i remain convinced it’s true, the 2028 platform that would deliver obama 08 results is “i am gonna
bring the hammer down on the corrupt self-dealing politicians and their rich friends and there are no sacred cows id give a pass”

I’d really like to see Tim Walz getting media hits going after Trump & the GOP on Epstein. Bring back the attacks on them as freaks and weirdos.

You can’t just pick out the email where the convicted pedo calls him dirty Donald and the one where Epstein says Donald was in the room with a victim for hours and the one where he says Donald knew about the pedophilia and the one about Donald and teens in bikinis, you’ll give people the wrong idea

Helpful tip for reporters navigating GOP spin. The Epstein emails about Trump aren’t cherry picked. They’re the Epstein emails about Trump that House Dems have. That other Epstein emails exist is irrelevant to what Epstein had to say about Trump

At this point I think it’s reasonable to assume that the stuff the republicans are blocking release of include visual evidence of Trump with a child. Because what was leaked today is so damning…

Can’t even imagine what’s in the files they keep trying to block if the ones that they’re releasing includes everything from Trump spending Thanksgiving with a pedophile while he was president to the pedophile was working to broker deals for Israel.

These Epstein emails show that no elite pedophile ring would ever bother with using coded language

The Trump administration & House Republicans are actively & openly conspiring to hide Trump's role in the world's most notorious pedophilia ring, as we get proof from Epstein's mouth that Trump spent hours with one of his victims.

My radical view is that the story about the president being implicated in a notorious paedophile ring should be covered as an important story *in its own right*, and then secondarily any political consequences can be covered later

I legitimately think one of the absolute poisons of American political discourse is how “but will this matter electorally” has become the only metric used by basically the entire non-partisan media for assessing a story’s importance

So on Epstein, the Democratic position should be "Trump should resign." If you are a Democratic elected, practice saying "We demand the president's resignation" in front of a mirror as many times as it takes until the dry-heaving that comes from having a phobia about actually doing politics passes.

This here is why every new revelation about what Trump knew & did with Jeffrey Epstein must be greeted with fresh outrage & demands for accountability.
Do NOT grant these evil people the assumption that they will get away with anything. We don’t know that.

Repeatedly making demands for accountability can and does break through over time, even against the right wing noise machine.

The message from Dems the rest of the year should be simple: Trump must resign over Epstein
"House Democrats on Wednesday released emails in which Jeffrey Epstein wrote that President Trump had “spent hours at my house” with one of Epstein’s victims, among other messages that suggested that the convicted sex offender believed Mr. Trump knew more about his abuse than he has acknowledged."
