I worked for that company for 6 years, ending with their (first) bankruptcy, and if his article is to be believed to-the-letter I'd say Jon's experience was only a LITTLE more cartoonishly absurd than mine. (I still have a collection of those magnetic name badges -- yay rebranding! -- on my fridge.)
