However, global case filings slowed: 114 new cases in 2023 vs. 59 in 2024.

2/ 📈 First, the numbers in 2024:
• U.S. cases grew 12.7%, from 1,687 in 2023 to 1,901 in 2024.
• Globally, cases tracked rose from 853 to 994 (+16.5%).
Combined total: 2,895 cases as of Dec. 2024.
