Right now this is the warning on their site and I'm not surprised, given that I wasn't even sure this domain was the real one because their domain name is random letters.

The union says the government negotiators were 3 hours late and the government's response is basically "there was no set time to negotiate to prevent a strike, they were just gonna meet whenever."
The government's version actually makes them look even more incompetent than the union version.
