I'm Mars, an illustrator who loves DnD and pretty frames!

Grim, Martin and Caseus (left to right) are sitting down on a couch and happily chatting, each of them with a different alcoholic drink in hand. Leftovers of a meal are on the table, with pizza, ice cream, wine, juice and empty energy drinks lying around in a clutter. In a frame around are various lampshades in bright colors and cute patterns, clouds, stars and a moon with snakes. On the bottom left, VS/Charlie and Snake are looking at a phone with disdain, and on the bottom right Megveil is looking at his phone with slight disappointment. Under is a view of the apartment both from the street at night and from the sky at dawn, with geraniums on each side. A wooden plate says "LA COLOC DES WAWAS" with "wawa" in golden letters. During a party with his roommates, Grim drunkenly exchanged a bunch of lampshades in their apartment/rooms and promptly forgot about it. The only proof it really was him is the video he sent to VS and Megveil... Flowers featured are geraniums! VS/Charlie (light hair bottom left) and Caseus (couch right) belong to Jack, Snake (dark hair bottom left) and Martin (couch middle) belong to Ralsky, Grim (couch left) and Megveil (bottom right) are mine!

Thank you everyone for enjoying the short, but sweet Monster Mashtober run this year. Life got in the way, and I had to return to current work and prepping for an upcoming return to part time work. I hope I can draw more monsters next year

Two kings on a hunt... Each with a different goal

🦌
Two characters from the book Queen Margot, the king of France Charles IX and the king of Navarre Henry. They’re wearing 16th century clothes in a red palette. Both characters are holding their weapon, an arquebus for Charles and a dagger for Henry. Charles smiles lovingly at him, clinging to his arm while Henry’s face is more neutral. They’re looking at each other despite avoiding each other’s eyes. These weapons were used in the book either to threaten (Charles threatened Henry with the arquebus) or to save ( Henry saved Charles’ life with his dagger). Despite everything, Charles is looking for Henry’s affection and loyalty while Henry has views on his throne. They’re definitely not hunting the same thing.
