National Grid informs us as of 11:00 AM, 2,984 customers are without power in Erie County. They have restored power to 56% of customers that were out at 7:00 AM.

Very sad news out of Washington, D.C. with the targeted shooting of the 2 West Virginia National Guard members. My thoughts are with the 2 guard members and their families, hoping they both fully recover. A terrible start to the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Buffalo Skyway has been closed in both directions due to the very high winds and a tractor trailer blow over near Tifft Street. Please use alternate routes and it will be closed until further notice.
