Not the 51st state, but maybe Canada might consider making New England the 11th province? Think about it. New England has more in common with the Maritimes and Quebec than it does with Texas, or California - for that matter.

It is very possible it is Tiffany. The building was built in the appropriate period. But there is no way of knowing for certain.
