I wish I did something cool to get banned but the answer is just horrible design—I got a new phone, and I had 2FA on from when it was Twitter. Turns out, he killed 2FA but never disabled the 2FA flow for non-premium accounts. So it just asks for a 2FA code that isn’t actually sent anywhere.

I’m generally really into the idea of helping people with their injuries, I’ve actually been thinking a lot about quitting my job and going to physical therapy school. We gotta catch up sometime I’ll tell you all about my crisis lol. But I hope you feel better!!

Oh I’m more of a dynamic warmup guy than a stretch beforehand guy. Yoga is a separate thing for me that I do 2-3 days a week and usually not on the same day as lifting, but if so it’s actually after the lift

I mean I’ve seen that research but honestly I just don’t really buy it. Yoga helped me stop hurting my back and hips all the time playing basketball. It’s not even just stretching its isometric holds and exercises. But that’s ok if you don’t enjoy it

I’m a really big yoga guy so I’d recommend when it feels a little better to try to get into some gentle stretching and such. I think that’s good for everyone of all ages haha
