Well, I used to work Health news and learned supplements aren't regulated and theres a 50/50 shot they're just sawdust. Fiber I eat via Kefir/flax seed/cacao nibs. Fish oil I eat pink salmon(non farmed) 2-3 times a week with a salad. Brazil nuts are a natural male multivitamin.

They're more ornamental up in our region. I grew up in a "city" and I'd see these in public places. Now that Im more in the sticks I don't see them.

Most Group of Deaths have 3 solid teams and a 4th ok team.

2022 had Germany, Spain, Costa Rica and Japan.

2018 arguably had 3 groups.

This year theres only 2 groups with what Id argue are solid teams.

Seems like they wanted to minimize the heavy hitters to not advance.
