I need to set some time aside to explore some local first options where data is optimistically updated locally first.

Sometimes it’s almost worse having poor internet, rather than none at all, as sites / apps will try to operate in online mode and do so poorly, rather than using offline caching. As a dev it’s a hard situation to handle.

Wow, that’s some tight bandwidth! Easy to forget how common constraints can be, and how important performance remains.

Cannot upvote Temporal enough. I know it's a lot of work for browsers, but it will be so nice to stop shipping Moment or similair in every app with timezones.
