So ultimately, this film pulls the trick of having age happen to other people—namely, the friends Mrs. Cimino made along the way. And it was ever thus in TV land.

At this point, I'm pretty sure they would have gotten a better result by just literally reencoding and heavily filtering at a larger aspect. Any bum with Handbeake can do better than this.

So, the plot deals with elderly loneliness, senility, and neglect. Heavy stuff. The movie opens with Mrs. Cimino being transported to the hospital and her family reacting to their obligation of care. You can already see the care taken for this remaster.

I was pretty sure they couldn't win me over for this season and they kind of have. It genuinely helps that Will has developed a perspective. And the military occupation shifts the setting enough that they can be over the top or do old things in new ways.
