I’m fine with first time coordinators on the offensive side since Shephard has a good idea what he wants on offense. I want to see more experience on the defensive side. No first time DC.

I’m fine with first time coordinators on the offensive side since Shephard has a good idea what he wants on offense. I want to see more experience on the defensive side. No first time DC.
I’m so pumped for this Shephard hire. I don’t think there is lots of risk here as what people think. This dude WANTS to be a head coach. The risk here is if the OSU AD give him the support for him to be successful. He’s smart, motivated, and has excellent track record. #GoBeavs

I guess I probably quit when we gave up our 2nd special teams TD to the worst team in the country at home on Senior night to lose to a team we were more talented against at every single position on the field 🤷🏻♂️
When they quit…so did I. I was hanging on by a thread until then.
