also i think 2006 isn't the worst game ever made and fun can be had with it once you get used to it and it has lowkey one of the greatest osts in the series only behind the adventure games imo

i think it's alright but i mainly like updated ports of it that let me spindash bc it feels wrong to not be able to do that and the game is hard enough that it feels less fun not having it.

i got used to them from free riders forward but hearing somebody that's not Roger Craig Smith as Sonic made me realize we can live in a better world with the right direction; that direction wasn't quite there in this show but hearing chili dog nonsense from somebody else doesn't feel as rough

also finding all the secret deadpool levels in that game was really fun and probably the best bonus content i have seen in a lego game, nolan north as lego deadpool was really great there

lego batman 3 should've been called lego green lantern to be honest bc like half that game is green lantern stuff which i do appreciate a lot bc it came out around the time i was discovering those characters through blackest night and green lantern rebirth but i like the bigger cities to explore tbh

it fixes pretty much every problem i had with lego marvel 2 being that it was too big and disconnected and skipped a lot of important characters for movie synergy instead of just having the movie synergy and smaller stuff like teen titans and young justice as well

i think part of why i like this one so much is bc of 2 parts one taking the lego gta idea that people kept calling city undercover and doing that intentionally to tie into dc massively pushing suicide squad which i vibe with a lot bc graffiti and cop punching and 2-

for me i think its lego batman 2, then lego marvel, then this but i still like a lot of the ones pre batman 2 a lot also
