Absolutely not at all. Sometimes when you have nothing to lose and less pressure, you play more freely and I feel like that's sometimes is a big factor. Less thinking and more reactionary.

Yea, because Admiral Holsey, the previous head resigned in October 2025 because of the escalating U.S. military strikes on drug-smuggling boats off the coast of Venezuela. Bradley then accepted the role. He clearly had no problem killing people without due process.
