Juliet's barely limping now and shouldn't hafta wear the soup boot for much longer. We can probably stop sometime this week. Her thrush treatment will continue at least til next weekend, and she can probably go back out to pasture sometime this week as well.

Tried my hand a jambalaya for meal prep this week. Bought the wrong seasoning packet so I had to do it by hand and it's ended up spicy and a lil citrussy, which idk if it's supposed to be like that but we kinda like it!

I also don't really have a reason for this one, but Gale gives me palomino vibes. Like he isn't even necessarily a specific breed (palomino is a color, not a breed, and the palomino horse registry is weird), he's just the golden retriever of the horse world.
