The old American saying "if you're so smart, why aren't you rich?" has it exactly wrong, as we see vividly illustrated by the wealthy, malevolent actors hell-bent on destroying every public good that has made the US prosperous...they're rich, but only "smart" in a reptilian, predatory way.

There are a few budgets in between now and 2028...:) Tories introduced that specific tax* and to 2028...Rachel was rather modest with only 3 years...It is a means to what "headroom" actually means...Smart.
