Tonight I quickly snapped Starlink as they passed overhead, and accidently caught the Tsuchinshan–ATLAS Comet too. I wish it was a better photograph, but what a thing. Something ancient, last seen 80,000 years ago, and like it or not, a glimpse into the future.
A deep blue night sky. A lone of trees is silhouetted in black at the bottom of the image. There is the window of a shed room illuminated from within to the right, trees above. A line of satellites moves diagonally across the sky from bottom right, up to the left of the image. Moving in the opposite direction below, the Comet and tail are faintly visible.
