Guy next to me on eurostar watching this. No sound & I was reading as well, but I was invested in strange family relationship. He is 2/3 goof, 1/3 armed robber. Missed last section as arrived in London, so assume tatum, dunst & kids all get new identities and move abroad or something?

I'd love to talk to you about this and the whole set of problems for patients that has come out of our research. A fundamental issue is the letter has at least 4 audiences 1)patients/families 2)GP 3)core hospital note 4) to future self for next consult. It fails on most

This is partly why it felt revolutionary when record shops introduced listening stations, albeit only particular albums. Imagine being able to listen to it before you bought it? Or being able to return it if you didn't like it. No, usually the only option was really to get your mate to buy it first

Big role in Arab Spring of course, though many uprisings were not successful (apart from Tunisia) and lordy there has been some horrible violence and displacement. All in all you are winning hands down
