Mickey Redmond scored a goal (and "roughed up" a couple of Bulldogs), Darren McCarty "fought" one of The Jims, The Boys had to do a lap with their tarps off, and $15,000 was donated to a Youth Sports organization.

Critical Care is a risk management game where each player is a dr trying to either cure your patient or send them home on hospice. It was made with a team of real doctors to capture the feeling of a hospital, and it seems to be a genuinely solid game (sometimes this type of game forgets that part).

Newsboys is a fun, simple roll and write with a neat tension between growing your newspaper business and going on strike to demand better pay. There is some nice comboing if you line things up right.

Total of 651 plays of 133 games played in 2023! I will say I definitely got to play a ton of board games in the last year, and I hope to do it again this year

Age of War was a surprising hit with my wife, fun simple dice-chucker
I finished the Arnak PnP solo campaign, I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't have the new campaign expansion yet
