Maybe a little 'past its best' but that is one of our giant sunflowers, which has exceeded 3 mtrs! (With a second bloom off the same plant!)
And it isn't an 'optical illusion', my hand is resting on the flower!

A little blustery on the Cleveland Way this morning!
Nice to see some sandmartins
Too quick to snap as had phone in pocket and puppies on leads! But the cliff didn't move (while we were there!)
