I made my mom's banana bread recipe yesterday. Truly there is no better recipe. I always put more walnuts in it than it calls for. Nothing like the smell of it baking throughout the house.

I bought my cat a fancy fountain but he prefers I serve him water from a bottle of water dripping it into the fountain & now he whines for it anytime I'm around the fountain. I spoil my boy unashamedly.

We look forward every year to our St Paddy's day luncheon at Mill Creek. The Guinness isn't as good as it is was in Ireland but gotta have Guinness on March 17.

Glad I didn't waste my time reading it. Saw the film they made of it & I think I was supposed to feel empathy or something for that family but I didn't. They were all rather distasteful. No wonder JDV is such a POS.
