If what I’ve read is correct, it’s too late to refile against Comey as the statute of limitations has been passed. I’m not sure about the James case though.

It’s wild bc Joyce Carol Oates just roasted him highly effectively last week or whatever and he apparently hasn’t even absorbed that that is what happened.

I have often said if you don’t grow up playing the dozens you will probably never learn how to play the dozens (nor proceed to reading & shade) but Elon & his robot lover are the last entities on earth who would EVER be able to learn. His cultural background entirely prohibits it.

Yeah, I agree. I don’t think there’s any real reason to believe LBJ was thirstier for war than JFK was and things there probably would have played out about the same whether JFK lived or not.

Yeah that’s why I doubt the premise. People will say, well, he wouldn’t have sent MORE, or he would have kept them strictly to very limited security operations. But I just don’t see anything that really indicates that. It’s just based on idealization of him as a person.

I just think a lot of people are extremely deeply committed to the idea that JFK would have never ever sent troops to Vietnam and therefore he had to be removed by vast global conspiracy for that to happen. But tbh, we don’t really know whether he would have done that or not.
