Managing through technical expertise is a great way to start engineering management.
But fined tuned management does not relies on being a technical wizard.
Managing outside its area of expertise might be intimidating, but can also bring the best to the team.

This week I reworked a bit on my blog made with Next and hosted with Vercel.
It's amazing how easy and efficient those platforms work. So enjoyable (but expensive 💀)
