In 2017, a lawsuit uncovered emails from Monsanto that suggested its employees helped ghostwrite an influential paper that claimed to find no evidence the company’s widely used herbicide, Roundup, caused cancer.

Now, the paper has been retracted. https://scim.ag/4iG55KO

Civil rights groups are preparing to take the fight against Texas’ sweeping voter suppression law to SCOTUS. But if the justices hear the case, the court’s conservative majority could issue a ruling that makes it even harder to challenge anti-voting laws.

France's decision to enter war had a lot to do with fighting the British in North America to weaken them in Europe. Our decision to support Ukraine should be to weaken Russia in Europe. It's basically the same line of thought.

One of the best things about no longer being on Twitter/X is that U.S. government officials aren’t active here.

From what I can tell the most senior members of the Trump administration just post unvarnished racism all day, every day on X.

Glad I moved on.

2. This would amount to handing over two studios to a right-wing tech billionaire.
3. The argument that this won't monopolize market share is true only bc Paramount does so badly it has no market share! www.nytimes.com/2025/12/08/b...

Trump hates Europe’s democracies because they have universal health care, a strong social welfare system and heavy unionization.

He prefers MBS’s Saudi Arabia, where one trillionaire family runs a brutal dictatorship.
