Helps that they provide the macros on the menu too so at least i know with my morning protein shake, i got at least 80 grams for the day with those two items

I use a local meal prep delivery service that does a new menu every week. Same with my commute, i dont get home til 7pm & theres just no way to stay on top of eating healthy otherwise. Its very helpful in hitting protein goals but also just eating food rather than cereal or olivia pope dinner lol 🍿🍷
