hmm so only two GMs say they want the cap abolished, maybe this is why berman said the cap won't be going away. *however* maybe that doesn't mean there isn't room for compromise (DPs like mls?) since the majority of teams see this as not just *a* problem but *thee* problem

not sure why i picked up a 550+ page book in translation when i was in a slump, but it worked. after reading the first half of this book in small bits i devoured the second. will not be for everyone! barely a plot & a writing style that will turn some off.
