Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.
The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

I didn't follow this trial closely, but the idea that Instagram and WhatsApp occupy the same market as YouTube and TikTok doesn't make sense to me. The former are places you go to interact with people you know; the latter are media consumption platforms closer to competing with television.
Boasberg finds that Meta isn't a monopoly for two reasons: 1) any market must include YouTube and TikTok (the FTC argued those companies are video entertainment not social networking) and 2) once those companies are in Meta holds less than 50% of the market (though exact market share is redacted).
