I'm glad that others share this sentiment. its a complicated feeling. like. I understand wanting to keep your base. it feels stable. but the *platform* is unstable. it's simply not a place for artists anymore, or anyone who's even a bit divergent. wish it never came to that.

bones are historically used in the production of several paints, and ofc there's the false historical belief that mummified humans ground into dust can be consumed for medicinal purposes, but bone broth is good for colds and stuff :)

cant be dry bone, though, the marrow makes a difference

found what looks like part of a deer shoulder, some coyote leg bones, a long but thin vertebrae, maybe armadillo. Also a large leg joint, the rest was missing.
and lots of owl feathers.

oh, I had a character sort of like this at one point. I got inspiration from 'darwin' from the X-men. they spent a lot of time in the wild and tried to adapt forms that would make them fit in with local animal populations.
