One of my high school students sewed a teddy bear for someone about to have a baby. When they showed it to me they saw how much I liked it and spent 3 nights staying up late to sew one for me. Its name is Root Beer. It is perfect for when I’m anxious.

Chat, if I can’t take my 2 hour PokéWalk I will not fall asleep tonight. This is the 2nd day in a rowwwww. I was outside for MAYBE 20 min yesterday and my respiratory system is NOT happy about it 🥲
Weather app screenshot for Green Bay, WI at 6:47 PM. 74 F and a 152 AQI (unhealthy). Sunset at 8:17 PM and the temps drop into the 60s after that, but there is no indication when the air quality will improve. At least when it was sweltering heat I could delay my walk until after sunset. This air quality is death.

Fitness tracker for the 1 hour 51 minute walk/hike I took tonight to play Pokémon Go. There is a heart graph with a significant dip toward 10:30 PM when I stopped to watch a train crossing. Sightseer achievement in Pokémon Go: Congratulations! You earned a bronze medal! Spin 10 unique PokéStops. Hero achievement in Pokémon Go: Congratulations! You earned a bronze medal!
