It is suspicious that not only did Trump win by 1.5% nationally but he also won by 1.5% in all the swing states. 1.5% seems to be the number they picked that would most likely be acceptable to everyone.

Sauer encouraged the court to overturn the 100 yr old decision protecting board members from removal, calling it a “decaying husk". Guess that applies to the even older Constitution now as well.
