I'd +1 on this. I saw a lot of terrified futility, people who WANTED to work hard but just ... Couldnt seem to. It didn't come over to me as a physical health problem tho ofc these things are blended.

Oh yeh I resorted to dubs last year and got my mum Gardeners World which went down well. Even I am old enough to appreciate an easy bit of breakfast hard copy. ( New Scientist?)
